If you’ve recently received a community aggregation notification from NOPEC or another supplier then you are not able to join a seemingly overlapping or neighboring program such as a township or county program.Įnergy Harbor will review your enrollment request for eligibility. If your home or small business falls outside the geographic boundaries of participating communities, your small commercial account exceeds annual usage limitations, or you have a special arrangement with your utility, you may not be able to join.
